Emoticons Mail runs at Windows Startup (you can disable this option, through Tool -> Options -> Run Emoticons Mail at Windows Startup) and hides in the system tray.
To add animated smileys to your e-mail, you should first create a letter in HTML format in Outlook or Outlook Express. Once you click on the program icon in the system tray, Emoticons Mail window appears.
You can choose the appropriate category in the left panel of the Emoticons Mail window. When you choose a smiley, click on it and it will be automatically added to you e-mail, where the cursor is located.
After you're done, Emoticons Mail will minimize into the system tray (you can disable this option through Tools -> Options -> Hide application if picture was inserted).
